Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of LVL·UP ("the Service"), a tennis coaching planning tool operated by LVL·UP Tennis. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

LVL·UP is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that provides tennis coaches with tools to plan sessions, track players, build 12-week programmes, and access a drill and tactical situation library. The Service is intended for individual coach use.

LVL·UP provides planning tools to support coaching decisions. It does not constitute professional coaching advice. Coaches are solely responsible for all decisions regarding their players, including session design, player safety, and progression.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. One subscription covers one coach account.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment method is required to start the trial, and nothing is charged during it. When the trial ends, access pauses until you choose to subscribe — no charge is ever made automatically, because no payment method is on file during the trial.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles all billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Free trial: You may stop using the Service at any time during your 14-day trial without charge. No payment method is collected during the trial and no payment is taken unless you actively subscribe.

14-day statutory right to cancel (EEA and UK consumers): If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the date your first paid subscription period begins, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email hello@lvluptennis.com before the end of that 14-day period.

Because LVL·UP is a digital service that begins delivering access immediately upon subscription, you acknowledge that — if you cancel after the service has commenced — a proportionate charge for the days used may apply, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (EEA).

30-day satisfaction guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription period, email hello@lvluptennis.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual plans and is offered in addition to any statutory rights you may have.

After 30 days: Monthly and yearly subscribers may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time beyond the 30-day guarantee period.

6. Your Data

Player data, session logs, and programme content you create in the app belong to you. We store this data securely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

For coaches in the EEA, UK, or other jurisdictions with equivalent data-protection law: if you use LVL·UP commercially and require a written GDPR Article 28 processor agreement, please see our Data Processing Addendum. A signed copy is available on request to hello@lvluptennis.com.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, share account access with others, or use it for any unlawful purpose. LVL·UP is licensed for personal coaching use only — resale or redistribution of the platform or its content is not permitted.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LVL·UP Tennis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
