Attack zone rally
FORCE High transfer ✓ Consequences
Why this works: Visual affordance (cone) replaces verbal coaching. Ball trajectory + court position create live decision-making.
Environment Task
Constraint-led design · Both-back · Inside baseline
Cone 1m past the service line creates an attack zone. Any ball landing inside this zone MUST be attacked — no option to rally from there. The constraint does the coaching: the player self-organises the attack decision based on ball trajectory, not verbal instruction.
ENV Cone line 1m past the service line. Visual affordance — no language needed.
TASK Ball in zone = mandatory attack. No attack = point to opponent. Rally continues after attempt.
Data: Attack-zone constraints improve offensive decision-making without technique instruction. Most points are won from offensive positions inside the court.
Constraint progressions — view 4 levels ▾
1
Zone constraint: cone 1m past service line. Moderate-pace feed. Any ball in zone = must attack.
2
+ Live rally: constraint held, rally with coach or partner. Mandatory attack — no scoring yet.
3
+ Score pressure: 1-game. Missed attack = -1. Won attack = +1. Forces commit-and-go. Your level
4
- Visible cone: full set without cone. Attack-selection tracked on video.

New — Development Platform

The only platform built around how tennis players actually develop

Every plan in LVL·UP is anchored to where the player sits right now — UTR band, FTEM stage, age group. The platform knows what a 6–8 UTR player should be able to do, finds the gaps, and builds the plan around closing them. Part of the Pro plan.

Player Anchor
Every plan knows exactly who it's for

Set the UTR range, FTEM stage, and age band. The plan header shows: 6–8 UTR · T2 · U16 — PATHWAY TO 8–10 UTR. The target band is automatic — always the next step up.

Player Assessment
Rate 5 domains. Gaps become the plan.

A built-in competency matrix covers Technical, Tactical, Physical, Mental, and Game Construction — calibrated to every UTR band. Rate Below / At / Above and the plan's priorities are set automatically.

AI Milestone Drafting
The blank-page problem is gone.

Every week has a ✨ AI Draft button. One click and the system writes a specific, measurable week target — matched to the block type, the player's priority gaps, and the previous week's result. You edit or approve.

UTR Tracker
Connect plans to outcomes

Every plan logs a UTR snapshot at start. When a player improves, you log the update and the platform links it to the plan they were on. For the first time, you can see exactly what moved the needle.

Jan  6.2 UTR  ·  Plan start
Apr  6.8 UTR  ·  Update
Jun  7.4 UTR  ↑  +1.2

From one coach to another

I'm Robert Senic — Head of Performance at the Royal Glenora Club, with 19 years of coaching across Canada, Australia, Germany, and the UK. I've led ITF junior programmes in Europe and helped players to junior Grand Slams, first ATP and WTA points, and professional titles.

LVL·UP began with a question every coach knows: what's the best way to plan a player's development — and how do you do it well when the court fills your whole day? I believe good planning is what turns sessions into development, and I believe technology can do far more for coaches than most of us ever ask of it.

This platform is my answer so far: research-grounded drills, plans anchored to where a player actually is, and tools that give a coach time back. If it helps your coaching, that's the whole point — and if you see something that could be better, email me. I'd genuinely like to hear it.

Questions

Common Questions

Will I be charged during the trial? +

No. The 14-day trial needs no credit card, so nothing is billed during it. You only enter payment details if you decide to subscribe after the trial — and you choose exactly when that happens.

Does it work on my phone? +

Yes. LVL·UP is a Progressive Web App — install it on your iPhone or Android home screen and it works exactly like a native app, including offline. No app store needed.

Can I use it for private lessons as well as groups? +

Yes. The Session Log has a Group / Private toggle. Private lessons track a single player with the same ratings and notes system used for group sessions.

Can multiple coaches share one account? +

LVL·UP is designed for one coach per account. If you coach as part of a team, each coach would need their own subscription. Multi-coach team accounts are on the roadmap.

What happens when my trial ends? +

After 14 days you pick the plan you want to keep going on — Basic, Advanced, or Pro. Nothing is charged automatically — there's no card on file — so you only subscribe if you choose to continue. Either way your data is kept safe, and you can pick up right where you left off whenever you subscribe.

Which plan does the free trial run on? +

The 14-day trial runs on Advanced — so you're seeing the drill fine-tuning, Group Play, and the Session Journal as well as the planning. When it ends, pick the plan that fits: stay on Advanced and you keep all of it, step up to Pro for the player-development tools, or take Basic for planning and the drill library. Everything you build stays safe on whichever plan you choose.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Yes. Email hello@lvluptennis.com and we'll cancel within one business day. Monthly subscribers keep access to the end of their billing period. Annual subscribers keep access through the end of their year — no partial refunds are issued beyond the 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

How do I install LVL·UP on my phone? +

iPhone (Safari): tap the Share button → scroll down → tap "Add to Home Screen" → tap Add. Android (Chrome): tap the three-dot menu → tap "Add to Home screen" → tap Add. It opens from your home screen like a native app and works offline.

Does the one subscription cover my whole academy? +

One subscription covers one coach account. If you work with other coaches, each coach needs their own subscription. Multi-coach team accounts with shared player rosters are on the roadmap for later in 2026.

How quickly do you respond to support questions? +

Email hello@lvluptennis.com — we aim to respond within 24–72 hours.

How does the AI milestone feature work? +

Every week in your development plan has a "✨ AI Draft" button. When you click it, the system sends your player's UTR band, training block type, priority development gaps from the assessment, season goal, and the previous week's check-in result to Claude (Anthropic's AI). It returns one specific, measurable week target matched to exactly where the player is in their development. You use it, edit it, or ignore it — the AI is a starting point, not a replacement for your coaching judgment.

What is the competency matrix? +

The competency matrix is a built-in framework that defines what a player at each UTR band should be able to do across 5 domains: Technical, Tactical, Physical, Mental, and Game Construction. When you create a plan, you rate your player Against / At / Above the standard for their band. Any domain rated "Below" automatically becomes a development priority and pre-loads domain-specific milestone suggestions into every week of the plan.

What if something isn't working? +

Your data is stored securely in the cloud and synced across devices — nothing is lost during an outage. If something looks broken, email hello@lvluptennis.com and we'll get on it right away.
